Thanks to technological advancement, we now have wide selections of video conferencing systems with low cost and easy to use, along with high-speed network connections.

In this highly interactive session we will hear stories from experienced online facilitation practitioners and explore opportunities for using new infrastructure and technologies to accelerate global collaboration. This session will use a hybrid online format where the conference venue at Hualien and the Internet space are seamlessly interconnected. Conference participants will have face-to-face conversations in the conference meeting room, and participants from various places in Asia and beyond will access to Zoom Video Conferencing System to join conversations with conference attendees.
