Registration Process

Step 1 Select a plan 
• Please select your plan and you will see your total price below in NTD(New Taiwan Dollar ). Your invoice will be put in your conference pack.
• Please choose either IAF member or Non-member to enter the registration page.
Join IAF and Get Discount Now: Do you want to become a member of IAF and already now enjoy the reduced rate for this conference? 
• Early Bird Promotion Period: June 7 – July 15, 2016 

Step 2 Sign up workshops 
After you received an email by iaftregister@gmail.com to confirm your successful purchase, you can use the “Enrollment List No.” in the email to Program Selection. If you sign out, you can enter Program Selection and sign up workshops again. If you do not receive a confirmation email or need any help, please email to iaftregister@gmail.com.
• Since some workshops have space and maximum participants limitation. Please sign up ASAP to ensure you got a seat in your preferred workshop.

Registration Fees
• Pre-Conference fee includes: lunch, refreshments.
• 2-day Conference fee includes: lunches, refreshments, Gala Dinner.
• All workshop presenters need to be registered for the conference.
• Currency Rate Reference: 1 USD≒32 NTD, 1 EUR≒37 NTD

Cancellation Policy
Unfortunately if you need to cancel your registration, we will need to retain a cancellation fee to cover costs including registration, accounts management and ordering.
If you have registered but are unable to attend the Conference, you may substitute someone else to come in your place with the same inclusions. You must inform us by email about any cancellation or substitution. If you need help, please email to iaftregister@gmail.com.

Cancellation before 31 July 2016　80% refund
Cancellation on or before 15 August 2016　50% refund
Cancellation after 15 August 2016　No refund
