What do you need to do differently to deliver a quality outcome for your clients? What do you need to learn and unlearn? What activities work well in one situation but not in another? How do you move from participation to collaboration? How does a trainer’s session plan differ from a facilitator’s outcomes-based agenda? How do you get the group to work without you being “up front”? You will be introduced to a model that will unpack the differences and expand your repertoire of approaches so that you can move between both roles effortlessly.
