Exploring

I have conducted AI facilitation more than 180 times. Facilitating AI is not so difficult, but generating results using AI is difficult. During my experience, I really needed a tool to help client generate results. However, AI does not provide after-workshop tools for client to implement innovation-team activity. Therefore, I have created a new tool and method called L-KIT. This tool is made with the idea of AI philosophy, Action Learning and positive solution method called KPT.

You can bring back a new tool and method to make your client much more happy.
• What is AI and L-KIT ? (Presentation)
• Experience of my failure after AI workshops (Story Telling)
• How do you do when you want client accomplish their organization goal? (Short Dialogue)
• Learn how to use L-KIT? (Interactive exercise)
• How can you use L-KIT in your facilitation? (Dialogue)

Come and experience with my new AI tool.
