We have all had client requests that either initially seem easy and turn into something dramatically different or even from the beginning reach the heights of complexity. You wonder if you should take the job. And then if you do, you wonder how you will get through it.

In this session, I will share my own “formulas” and “good, bad and ugly stories’ of how I’ve decided and then managed myself, the client and the group. We will also invite you to share your own “magic formulas” for getting through (i.e, other than gritting your teeth and getting by!). We will encourage you to share your own upcoming situations and try out a formula or two to help you decide or ease through your next tough job or session.
