Individuals and organisations alike are eager for more innovative modes and processes of thinking and operation. Facilitating group creativity and innovative action is a challenge, especially when a group is tasked to “think out of the box” on the spot.

“Facilitation for Innovation” demonstrates and practices multiple group creativity and innovation tools and frameworks which foster a creative culture in teams. Participants will go away with multiple methods and exercises to use for
1. Shaking up the Creative Mind
2. Framing and Reframing Problems and Dilemmas
3. Developing Innovative Strategies
