Modern organizations are faced with rapid internal and external changes. How fast the organization could develop and change accordingly? One critical factor is the organization trust level.
Many clients come with “trust” enhancement as part of their objectives for specific intervention. Yet are we truly able to diagnose and create customized process for them? Since 2015, I have been studying this topic and discovered a few influential theories, models and research that will have great impact to our work in facilitation.
In this session we will introduce frontiers of theory and research in how trust is built, damaged and repaired and discover how we could design facilitation processes accordingly. We will explore and study cases and leverage your experience and wisdom to co-create a roadmap for future facilitators who are facing challenges in facilitating trust.
