“Crossroad”, the well-received workshop of the IAF Asia 2013 in Tokyo, is back with upgraded contents! “Crossroad” is a simulation game originally developed as a tabletop exercise for disaster response. It is based on the experiences of the Great Hanshin-Awaji Earthquake. The game has expanded the fields of application other than crisis management and has been attracting people for its powerfulness as a facilitation tool for more than ten years.
In this one day workshop, presenters will introduce gaming method for the participants, including “Crossroad” and more. Other gaming could be also used for participants to improve facilitation skills, including communication skills. They could be a breakthrough for those who look for innovative facilitation tools.
